Does anyone know how to make animated CS?

My Scenery Manager doesn't know how to. I actually make CS as well. The Stall Set and Santa Hat Set is mine. He's working with me on that one.

ok guys im going to make a cs emergency team as well i need people that can fix any cs problems the maxminum people to be on this team is 10 5 at vodhins and 5 here do yall think this is a good idea
